The City of Crossgate has retained the legal services of Strobo Barkley PLLC, an environmental law firm with experience in NEPA regulations and environmental law. This law firm has been contracted to review the draft EIS for the proposed VA Hospital project and to submit comments related to the draft EIS on behalf of the City of Crossgate.

The Crossgate Commission has deemed it appropriate to have a legal subject matter expert help guide Crossgate through this EIS and future build process to ensure the concerns voice by our Crossgate residents are effectively heard and adequately addressed.

Thus far, the VA has neither acknowledged nor specifically addressed any of the previously submitted documents of concern or consideration from our commission or our residents.
