The City of Crossgate Commissioners will be conducting a special meeting on Wednesday, July 4^th, 2018, at 4:00pm.

This meeting is to conduct the following:
a). Review the draft agreement from Artis Senior Living of Louisville LLC;

1. after the Commission returns from closed session, the agreement will be read

b). Vote on acceptance of this agreement;

The format of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Opening Ceremonies: Pledge of Allegiance
2. Roll call

3. The Mayor will call the Special Meeting to order.
   4. A commissioner will make a motion to continue the meeting in closed session.
4. The Commission will move to a separate area to discuss the items listed above;
5. A Commissioner will make a motion to continue the meeting in open session.
6. The Mayor will brief the meeting’s attendees with the approved highlights of the closed session, as discussed and approved by the Commissioners.
7. Commissioners will make the appropriate motions for the Commission to vote on, relative to the decisions made in closed session.
8. Adjournment.
