Special Crossgate Commission Meeting

The City of Crossgate Commissioners will be conducting a special meeting on Thursday, February 8, 2017, 7:00pm.

This meeting is to conduct the following:
a). Review the document and recommended course of action provided by Strobo/Barkley to the City of Crossgate regarding the V.A.’s Record of Decision regarding the Midland’s property hospital build;

b). Decide on the City of Crossgate’s course of action regarding the V.A.’s Record of Decision regarding the Midland’s property hospital build;

c). Discuss and decide if other interested neighborhoods or civic groups should be added to Crossgate’s course of action regarding the Midland’s property hospital build; and

d). Discuss and decide how the City of Crossgate will respond to media and civic queries, should there be any, regarding City of Crossgate’s course of action responding to the V.A.’s Record of Decision regarding the Midland’s property hospital build.

The format of the meeting will be as follows:
1. Opening Ceremonies: Pledge of Allegiance
2. Roll call

3. The Mayor will call the Special Meeting to order.
   4. A commissioner will make a motion to continue the meeting in closed session.
4. The commission will move to a separate room to discuss the items listed above;
5. A Commissioner will make a motion to continue the meeting in open session.
6. The Mayor will brief the meeting’s attendees with the approved highlights of the closed session, as discussed and approved by the Commissioners.
7. Commissioners will make the appropriate motions for the Commission to vote on, relative to the decisions made in closed session.
8. Adjournment.
